Christina Schenk-Hargrove has been an attorney in Massachusetts for 20 years. After many years practicing in a law firm in Boston, Christina now brings her skills and experience to the North Shore and Hamilton, where she lives. Her goal is to become your trusted advisor -- someone who is there to guide you, your family, and your small business through legal issues large and small.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of BCLaw in 1999, Christina was trained at Smith, Duggan Buell & Rufo LLP as an insurance defense lawyer. Over the years, she came to represent individuals and businesses -- from large health care providers and state agencies to entrepreneurs -- in all types of civil litigation. It was a natural transition to begin counseling her clients on risk management and avoiding litigation in the first place. For businesses that includes subjects like entity formation, contract drafting and review, and for individual clients that includes estate planning and probate. She also has years of experience representing insurance companies in workers' compensation cases, and is happy to lend that expertise to those injured at work as well. Because of her background in fine arts and her interest in dog sports, she has been able to represent artists, dog trainers and breeders and understand their unique issues and challenges.
