A Lawyer On Your Side, For Your Personal, Family and Small Business Legal Needs

Christina graduated from Boston College Law School in 1999, Magna Cum Laude.  After a one-year clerkship with the Vermont Supreme Court, Christina was trained at Smith, Duggan Buell & Rufo LLP as an insurance defense lawyer.  She litigated cases in state court, at administrative agencies, and in federal court, including successfully defending jury trials.  Over the years, she came to represent individuals and businesses -- from large health care providers and state agencies to entrepreneurs -- in all types of civil litigation.  It was a natural transition to begin counseling clients on risk management and avoiding litigation in the first place. For the past several years, Christina has focused more on business law and wealth management.

That means Christina can advise you on business subjects including LLC  formation or incorporation, contracts, and settlements, and she can go to court for you, too.  She can advise individuals and families on estate planning and probate, to help you avoid family disputes and make the process easy and smooth.

She also has years of experience representing insurance companies in workers' compensation cases, and can help you if you are injured at work as well.

Because of her background in dog sports, she has been able to represent dog walkers, trainers, dog and horse owners and breeders, and to understand the unique issues and challenges they face.
